Started her career as a Management Trainee at Akbank in 2003 after education at Hacettepe University Business Administration (English) Department. Until 2007, Cakir, responsible for sectoral expertise, product development and product performance, has made sector specific development studies. In 2007, Cakir transferred to the Turkish Economy Bank and worked at the Head Quarter. Within the scope of strategy planning activities, Cakir, who has accomplished the preparation of budgets, analysis of P&L statements and action plans, human resource follow-up and corporate communication studies, has gained expertise in performance follow up, campaign and customer management studies in communication field. In 2009, Cakir joined Eurobank Tekfen's Retail Banking served as Head of Department. Çakır, who is also responsible for the Retail Banking and Banks Insurance departments as well as the SME Banking Department, was in the process of selling to the Burgan Bank in 2013. From 2014 onwards, companies providing consultancy services are working on marketing and process development projects with the aim of company productivity and profitability. Within this scope, after the analyzes, Cakir provided advisory services to the companies regarding profitability proposals, preparation and presentation of feasibilities, making and reporting of sector analyzes.

In 2015, transferred to Demirören Holding  as the Director of Executive Board Strategy Planning and has undertaken strategic studies in the media, gas, energy, oil and tourism sectors within the Holding.
