Burcu Yalçınkaya
Graduated from ODTÜ Business Administration Department. In 1995, and started her career at Pamukbank Financial Analysis Department. Yalcinkaya, worked as Manager at Finansbank in Financial Analysis and Credits Departments in SME, Commercial and Corporate segments. From 2010 to 2012 Yalcinkaya worked as a trainer / consultant in the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management in the SELP project for European Union credit for mobile. She has shared her experiences as an instructor / consultant in Credit Academy Education Consultancy firm, which has been a founder since 2012. Improvement of the lending processes, reorganization, loans, automation, etc. are included in project.
Uğur Koç
Graduated from Middle East Technical University, Political Science & Public Administration Department in 1993.
In the same year started his career in Ziraat Bankası, then worked in Çukurova Steel Industries company in industry sector.
In the following years, worked in Kentbank, Anadolubank, Finansbank and Burgan Bank as Credit Analyst and Manager/ Regional Manager.
Between 2016-2017 he shared his experiences as an instructor / consultant in Kredi Akademi Education Consultancy firm which he was a partner.
Before returning to Kredi Akademi in 2021/4, he worked in Pasha Investment Bank as Deputy CEO responsible from Credits, Information Tecnologies & Security, Change Management & Project Management Office.
He took part in many projects such as Loans BPM Project, Creation of Credit Processes, Core Banking System, Credit Disbursement System, Rating System, Establishment of Early Warning System, Change Leaders Project, Education Leaders Training Program. He has given many trainings as an internal trainer.
Started her career as a Management Trainee at Akbank in 2003 after education at Hacettepe University Business Administration (English) Department. Until 2007, Cakir, responsible for sectoral expertise, product development and product performance, has made sector specific development studies. In 2007, Cakir transferred to the Turkish Economy Bank and worked at the Head Quarter. Within the scope of strategy planning activities, Cakir, who has accomplished the preparation of budgets, analysis of P&L statements and action plans, human resource follow-up and corporate communication studies, In 2009, Cakir joined Eurobank Tekfen's Retail Banking served as Head of Department. Çakır, also responsible for the Retail Banking and Banks Insurance departments as well as the SME Banking Department, was in the process of selling to the Burgan Bank in 2013. Since 2014 , companies providing consultancy services are working on marketing and process development projects. Within this scope, after the analyses, Cakir provided advisory services to the companies regarding profitability proposals, feasibilities, making and reporting of sector analyses..
In 2015, transferred to Demirören Holding as the Director of Executive Board Strategy Planning and has undertaken strategic studies in the media, gas, energy, oil and tourism sectors within the Holding.
İlknur Demiryumruk
Graduated from İstanbul University Department of Economics (English) and has MBA degree from Yeditepe University.
In 1993 she began bussiness life in Interbank Treasury Department. After management trainee education in Osmanlı Bank, she worked in Commercial Marketing in a branch for 4 years.
After working as Finance Director in Quicksilver company, she continued her work life in Tekstikbank and Anadolubank in branch as Commercial Marketing Relationship Manager.
In 2007, she began working in Qnb Finansbank in Branch, Region and Headquarters in Commercial Marketing Department. Then, she was Credit Allocation Manager in Regional Credit Directorate for 10 years.
Since 2021, she has been working in Kredi Akademi as trainer/consultant.
She also attented marketing and credit trainings as internal trainer in the institutions she worked.
